If you are like many of our other patients who are being affected by the recent U.S. economic downturn, and do not get dental insurance coverage from their employer, you may be wondering where the extra dollars will come from to pay for you family's dental care.

We here at Four Star Smiles Dental Care want to help you weather the latest economic storm. We have developed a new program just for you! Introducing….

"The 222 Program"

This program allows for regular preventive visits and additional dental work at a reduced fee. Here's how it works:

For New Patients:

• Click on the "New Patient Special" button to the left and print out a coupon entitling you to a comprehensive exam, necessary x-rays, and a follow up consultation with the doctor for only $87 dollars. This is a savings of $100 off our regular fees. (For kids 14 and under, that $87 also includes a cleaning). All additional treatment and fees will be discussed with you at the consultation and your teeth will be cleaned at our 5% or 7% reduced fee.
  
  
• At that visit, you sign up for the "222 Program" and will be scheduled for 2 exams and 2 cleanings per year at a cost of $222. You will save $68! This is a savings of 30% !!!!
  
  
• Kids 14 and under get 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and 2 fluoride treatments for the same $222. Kids save $74! This is a savings of 33% !!!!
  
  
• Any additional treatment needed will receive a 5% courtesy adjustment if paid by credit card or a 7% courtesy adjustment if paid for by cash or check at the time of treatment. If treatment is paid for in advance of the next visit, you'll save an additional 3%!!
  

For Existing Patients:

• At your next visit you sign up for the "222 Program" by paying $222. Your next two exams and cleanings will be paid for and you will save $70!
  
  
• Kids 14 and under get 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and 2 fluoride treatments for the same $222. Kids save $76!
  
  
• Any additional treatment needed will receive a 5% courtesy adjustment if paid by credit card or a 7% courtesy adjustment if paid for by cash or check at the time of treatment. If treatment is paid for in advance of the next visit, you'll save an additional 3%!!

• Exams and cleanings will be scheduled approximately 6 months apart. You will receive a postcard and phone call to remind you of your scheduled 6 month recare appointments.
  
  
• If you require more than 2 cleanings per year due to gum disease, those extra cleanings and additional treatment will be charged at the reduced fees.
  
  
• All additional treatment will be discussed with you beforehand and must be paid in full at the time of service or in advance of treatment to receive the fee reduction.
  
  
• If financing is required to complete your dental care, no fee reduction will be given if "no-interest" Care Credit or Capital One financing is used as we have to pay for the financing. However, you will still get the reduced fees for the 2 exams and cleanings. Please discuss all financing options with our staff.
  
  
• If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible to avoid a $50 missed appointment charge. (48 hours is the minimum notice to avoid the charge.)
  
  
• There are NO Refunds for the two exams and cleanings. They must be completed within the one year period.
  
  
• You must renew with the "222 Program" no later than 10 days after the anniversary date to maintain the fee discounts for other treatment.
  
  
• This program is not guaranteed to continue and may be altered at our discretion.
